The Serenity Homes Kenya website was developed to create a robust, dedicated online presence for a real estate business. The core challenge was to build a platform that could effectively market and sell properties under the aspirational theme: "Find Your Perfect Escape, Own A Piece Of Serenity". The site needed to clearly showcase their offerings—such as plots in Naivasha and Lakeview—while highlighting key selling points like Flexible Payment Plans, Prime Location, and Available Title Deeds. This project required applying strong web design and front-end development skills to translate complex real estate data into an easily digestible visual format.
My solution involved designing a clean, property-focused layout that immediately captures user interest and drives leads. I implemented a prominent hero section with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) like "Explore Plots" and "Go Site Visit". The "Featured Properties" section allows potential buyers to quickly view key details, prices (e.g., From KSH. 7,000,000), and property specifics, with integrated CTAs (Call, Email) on every listing to ensure direct and efficient lead capture. This functional web solution not only enhances the company's brand presence but serves as a vital tool for converting website traffic into qualified real estate sales inquiries.
