erving as Executive Producer for the Cloud Stories Africa Podcast showcases your high-level strategic, content development, and leadership skills. The primary goal of the podcast was to create a platform for "Unapologetically Honest Conversations", centered around African leaders, dreamers, and disruptors. The key challenge was establishing a consistent, high-quality production standard that could effectively deliver the show's core mission: seeking the layers of identity, hustle, healing, and hope, and spotlighting voices "creating lasting change".
My role involved overseeing the entire content pipeline, from concept to final delivery. This included strategic content planning to ensure each episode blends "real life lessons, inspiring journeys, and actionable insights". It also involved managing the technical production (recording, editing, and distribution) to ensure the audio quality was "Fresh, Fearless and Powerful", capable of empowering the next generation of Africans. By successfully launching and maintaining the weekly cadence of new episodes every Saturday, you delivered a powerful piece of digital media that drives audience engagement through themes of Courage, Confidence, and Connection.
